楼层主管 Service Leader - Guest Floor

As a Service Leader-Floor, we rely on you to:
作为酒店楼层主管，需承担以下主要工作职责：
Assist floor manager in organizing and managing floor cleaning and maintenance, including but not limited to:Manage assigned rooms and ensure daily cleaning and cleaning in accordance with company standards.Check VIP rooms, floors, floor workshops and other daily activity areas.Ensure regular maintenance and cleaning of guest rooms and corridors.Check the cleanliness of guest linen and the inventory of guest items.Ensure that items are used in accordance with standards and usage plans协助楼层经理组织和管理楼层的清洁维护工作，包括但不限于:管理分配的房间，确保日常清洁和打扫符合公司标准。检查抵VIP的客房、所在楼层、楼层工作间和其他的日常活动区域。保证执行客房及楼道的定期检修和大扫除。检查客用布草的清洁度及客用物品的存货。保证物品的使用符合标准和使用计划
We are looking someone who:

Engaged in floor supervisor work for more than 1 year.Familiar with room management expertise.Cheerful, practical, strong sense of service and responsibility.Have basic English ability.Experience in five-star hotel preparation is preferred.从事楼层主管工作1年以上。熟知客房管理专业知识。性格开朗、工作踏实，有较强的服务意识和责任感。具有基本的英语能力。有五星级酒店筹备工作经验者优先。
