As a Service Associate- Engineering, we rely on you to:
作为酒店工程技工，需承担以下主要工作职责：
Execute work instructions from superiors and report work.Implement the work of water, electricity, air conditioning, mud, wood, paint, plumber, sofa, carpet, copper, tinwork to ensure the quality of work.Regularly inspect and maintain the equipment and pipelines of the business premises.Coordinate with relevant departments and work relationships among other lines of work.Responsible for the management of maintenance materials and tools for water, electricity, air conditioning, mud, wood, paint, plumber, etc.Prepare a monthly maintenance work list and report the work status in time.执行上级的工作指令并报告工作。落实报修的水、电、空调、泥、木、漆、管工、沙发、地毯、铜、白铁工工作，确保工作质量。定期对营业场所的设备和管道等进行巡视检查、保养。协调与有关部门的联系和其他工种间的工作关系。负责对水、电、空调、泥、木、漆、管工等工种的维修材料和工具的管理工作。按月编制维修工作情况表，及时汇报工作情况。

Junior high school or above; At least 3 years working experience in the same position.Familiar with water and electricity, air conditioning, mud, wood, paint, plumber operation technology, work norms and systems.Obtain the qualification certificate of hydropower, air conditioning, mud, wood, paint, plumber and other types of work.Able to write general work reports.初中以上文化程度；3年以上同岗位工作经验。熟悉水电、空调、泥、木、漆、管工操作技术，工作规范和制度。取得水电、空调、泥、木、漆、管工等工种的上岗资格证书。能书写一般工作报告。
