香啤坊主管 Service Leader - F&B (Shang Brew)

We are looking for a Service Leader - Shang Brew with following duties and requirements:

As a Service Leader - Shang Brew, we rely on you to:
作为酒店香啤坊主管，需承担以下主要工作职责：
1.Have comprehensive knowledge of food/beverage/service/preparation of the restaurant.
2.Ensure that hotel and group policies are explained to colleagues and strictly implemented;
3.Take necessary precautions and pay attention to the safety and hygiene standards of the hotel;
4.Check the appearance of colleagues to ensure that personal appearance and behavior meet hotel standards;
5.Check the quality/appearance/food temperature/drinks/service, etc., before serving guests;
6.Check the cleanliness of the department before or after service;
7.Assist the Food and Beverage Manager to lead and ensure the smooth operation of the designated restaurant;
8.Ensure smooth communication and cooperation with other relevant departments and staff.
1、具备指定餐厅的食品/酒水/服务/制作的全面知识；
2、确保向同事解说酒店及集团政策，并严格贯彻落实；
3、采取必要的防范措施，注重酒店的安全和卫生标准；
4、检查同事仪容仪表，确保个人仪表和行为符合酒店标准；
5、为客人提供服务之前，实现检查质量/外观/食品温度/酒水/服务等的情况；
6、服务之前或之后，检查部门的清洁情况；
7、协助餐饮部经理领导并确保指定餐厅的顺利运作；
8、确保与其他相关部门及工作人员的流畅交流和合作。

1.Standard Mandarin, good oral English;
2.Have certain organization and management ability, with skilled catering service skills;
3.Have a good sense of service and team spirit;
4.Good image, good temperament, able to work under pressure and adapt to shift work.
1、普通话标准，英语口语良好；
2、有一定的组织和管理能力，具有熟练的餐饮服务技能；
3、热爱本职工作，具备良好的服务意识和团队合作精神；
4、形象好，气质佳，能承受一定工作压力并适应倒班工作。
