作为酒店香啤坊主管，需承担以下主要工作职责：
Have comprehensive knowledge of food/beverage/service/preparation of the designated restaurant;Ensure that hotel and group policies are explained to colleagues and strictly implemented;Take necessary precautions and pay attention to the safety and hygiene standards of the hotel;Check the appearance of colleagues to ensure that personal appearance and behavior meet hotel standards;Check the quality/appearance/food temperature/drinks/service, etc., before serving guests;Check the cleanliness of the department before or after service;Assist the Food and Beverage Manager to lead and ensure the smooth operation of the designated restaurant;Ensure smooth communication and cooperation with other relevant departments and staff. 具备指定餐厅的食品/酒水/服务/制作的全面知识；确保向同事解说酒店及集团政策，并严格贯彻落实；采取必要的防范措施，注重酒店的安全和卫生标准；检查同事仪容仪表，确保个人仪表和行为符合酒店标准；为客人提供服务之前，实现检查质量/外观/食品温度/酒水/服务等的情况；服务之前或之后，检查部门的清洁情况；协助餐饮部经理领导并确保指定餐厅的顺利运作；确保与其他相关部门及工作人员的流畅交流和合作。

Standard Mandarin, good oral English;Have certain organization and management ability, with skilled catering service skills;Have a good sense of service and team spirit;Good image, good temperament, able to work under pressure and adapt to shift work. 普通话标准，英语口语良好；有一定的组织和管理能力，具有熟练的餐饮服务技能；热爱本职工作，具备良好的服务意识和团队合作精神；形象好，气质佳，能承受一定工作压力并适应倒班工作。
