As a Service Associate - Shang Brew Kitchen, we rely on you to:
作为酒店香啤坊厨师，需承担以下主要工作职责：
All kinds of hot and cold meat cooking, strict operation of safe production according to health standards, to ensure the quality of food;Strictly abide by each work process, properly keep all kinds of hot and cold raw materials, rational use of materials, reduce consumption costs;Be responsible for disinfecting special tools, cutting boards, containers, etc., and keep freezers and ovens clean and hygienic;Check the daily consumption of raw materials after meals, purchase and supplement in time;Cooperate with the food inspection department to check dishes and samples and conduct tests to ensure the absolute safety of guests' food.各类热冷荤的烹调制作，根据卫生标准严格操作安全生产，保证食品的质量；严格遵守每个工作流程,妥善保管各种热冷荤原材料，合理用料，降低消耗成本；负责对专用工具、砧板、容器等消毒工作，同时也要保持冰柜、烤箱等清洁卫生；检查每日餐后的原料消耗，及时申购、补充；配合食品检验部抽查菜品及留样品种并进行化验，确保宾客食品的绝对安全。
