宴会及会议统筹经理 Events Manager

We are looking for a Events Manager with following duties and requirements:

As a Events Manager, we rely on you to:
作为酒店宴会及会议统筹经理，需承担以下主要工作职责：
1. According to the annual sales plan to complete the conference sales work and activities, to achieve and exceed the conference sales target.
2. Distribute team related information to relevant departments. For example: sending meeting notes, team summaries and preparing meeting presentations.
3. Timely communication and coordination with various departments when meeting organizers have needs.
4. Allow event organizers and clients to satisfy their guests during the event/group stay.
5. Check the meeting to ensure quality of service to guests at all times.
6. Regularly review the major bills and ensure their accuracy. Review the bills with customers to adjust the final invoice list.
7. Provide feedback on market trends, maintain communication with superiors, and maintain a good relationship with customers, and constantly update the overall goal.
8. Timely meet customer needs and maintain effective communication.
9. Ensure effective and close internal communication.
1、按照年度销售计划完成会议销售工作和活动，完成并超越会议销售目标。
2、将团队涉及信息分发至相关部门。例如：发会议通知单，团队摘要和准备会议讲座。
3、在会议组织者有需求时及时与各部门进行沟通协调。
4、让活动组织者和客户在活动/团队停留期间让其客人满意。
5、检查会议进行的所有时间内确保有质量的服务给客人。
6、有规律的回顾主要账单抛入并确保其准确性，需要和客户一起回顾账单以调整最终发票清单。
7、提供反馈市场趋势，与上级保持沟通，并与客户保持良好关系，不断更新整体目标。
8、及时满足客户需求并保持有效沟通。
9、确保内部有效而密切的沟通。

1.Professional knowledge of hotel marketing and sales module;
2.Have strong team cooperation ability and sales ability;
3.Good command of written and oral English.
