As a Sales Executive, we rely on you to:
作为酒店销售代表，需承担以下主要工作职责：
1. Be familiar with the basic situations of the major customer sources in this market, keep an eye on their changes at all times and respond in a timely manner.
2. Manage and develop your own customers well.
3. Be responsible for organizing the review and implementation of sales plans and conducting supervision and inspection.
4. Be familiar with the daily sales reception activities of each salesperson and review the sales record cards.
5. Assist the department manager in establishing and upgrading customers in this market, and maintain the integrity of customer files.
1、对本市场中的客源大户要熟悉他们的基本情况，随时关注其变化并适时做出应对。
2、管理开发好自己的客户。
3、负责组织销售计划的审定及落实，并进行督查。
4、掌握每位销售人员每日销售接待活动，并审核销售记录卡。
5、协助部门经理做好本市场客户的建立及升级管理工作，保持客户档案的完整。
We are looking someone who:

1.Have more than one year of working experience in the same position.
2. Possess market research and forecasting capabilities, be able to promptly grasp market dynamics, conduct comprehensive analysis, and promptly propose corresponding measures and reasonable suggestions.
3. Possess strong language expression skills, be highly responsible and ambitious.
1、有1年以上同岗位工作经验。
2、具有市场调查和预测能力，能及是掌握市场动态，并能综合分析，及时地提出相应的措施和合理的建议。
3、有较强的语言表达能力,责任心强，上进心强。
