As a Service Manager-Banquet, we rely on you to:
作为酒店宴会厅经理，需承担以下主要工作职责：
1. Ensure that the hotel standards and policies are accurately communicated to the staff and that a unified brand standard is implemented.
2. Ensure that all activities are set up according to the banquet order.
3. Discover and rectify any deficiencies in service standards in a timely manner before the event starts, and implement and enforce them afterwards.
4. Ensure the proper placement, maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities.
5. Be responsible for the annual maintenance, repair and cleaning plans for the banquet hall and surrounding areas.
6. Propose reasonable suggestions and opinions for the jurisdiction area to continuously improve.
7. Update the daily work report in a timely manner and report to the department head.
8. Use practical and measurable methods to continuously strengthen cost savings, expenditure reduction and labor cost control.
1.确保准确无误的将酒店标准和政策传达给员工，并执行统一的品牌标准。
2.按照宴会订单确保所有活动的摆台。
3.在活动开始之前及时发现和弥补服务标准上的不足加以弥补并在之后予以贯彻和执行。
4.确保所有的设备设施的合理摆放、维修及维护。
5.负责宴会厅房及周边区域的年度维修、维护以及清洁计划。
6.对所管辖区域提出合理化建议意见以不断提高。
7.及时更新每日工作报告并向部门负责人汇报。
8.运用切实可行、可衡量的方法不断加强节约各项成本、支出及用工的开支。
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1. At least 3 years of experience in the same position;
2. Possess strong organizational and leadership skills as well as practical working ability; skilled at motivating the enthusiasm of team members.
3. Mature and stable, approachable, with a good image and strong self-confidence.
4. Possess knowledge in cost accounting, and be capable of controlling product quality and cost consumption.
1.3年及以上同岗位工作经验；
2.具有较强的组织领导工作能力和实际工作能力；善于调动人员的积极性。
3.成熟稳重，平易近人，形象良好，自信心强。
4.具有成本核算方面的知识，控制产品质量和成本消耗。
