As a Service Associate - ADD Kitchen, we rely on you to:
作为酒店烤鸭厨师，需承担以下主要工作职责：
1. Be responsible for the entire production process of roast duck, including marination, roasting and slicing, to ensure stable product quality and excellent taste;
2. Complete the production tasks of roast duck on time and in the required quantity, ensuring efficient food service;
3. Strictly control the freshness and hygiene standards of ingredients, and abide by food safety operation norms;
4. Regularly maintain and service the roast duck equipment and related facilities to ensure their normal operation;
5. Assist in developing new dishes or improving the existing roast duck recipe to enhance the competitiveness of the dishes;
6. Cooperate with the kitchen team to complete other related tasks, maintaining a clean and orderly working area.
1、负责烤鸭的腌制、烤制及切片等全套制作流程，确保出品质量稳定、口感上乘；
2、根据餐厅需求，按时按量完成烤鸭制作任务，保证出餐效率；
3、严格把控食材的新鲜度及卫生标准，遵守食品安全操作规范；
4、定期维护和保养烤鸭炉具及相关设备，确保设备正常运行；
5、协助研发新菜品或改良现有烤鸭配方，提升菜品竞争力；
6、配合厨房团队完成其他相关工作，保持工作区域整洁有序。
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1. Possess solid skills in making roast duck, familiar with traditional or innovative cooking methods of roast duck;
2. Have the ability to control the cooking temperature and seasoning, and be able to complete the process of making roast duck independently;
3. Pay attention to details and have a high sense of responsibility for food hygiene and safety;
4. Can adapt to high-intensity working conditions and possess teamwork spirit;
5. Those with relevant work experience are preferred; those without experience can receive training;
6. In good health, without bad habits, and able to adapt to the shift work system.
1、具备扎实的烤鸭制作技能，熟悉传统或创新烤鸭工艺；
2、对火候、调味有把控能力，能独立完成烤鸭制作；
3、注重细节，对食品卫生及安全有高度责任心；
4、能适应高强度工作环境，具备团队协作精神；
5、有相关工作经验者优先，无经验者可提供培训；
6、身体健康，无不良嗜好，能适应倒班工作制。
