1.Forecast market demand to secure critical market opportunities for the hotel.
1. 预测市场需求,为酒店争取市场关键时机。
2. Assist hotel in maximizing revenue, increasing market share, and achieving superior profitability.
2. 协助酒店提高收益,提高市场份额,同时取得更好的收益。
3. Collaborate closely with subsidiary hotel reservations and sales teams to drive targeted revenue, consistently upholding high standards of customer service in both individual and group bookings.
3. 与下属酒店公司预订部及销售团队紧密合作以推动针对性收入,在个人和团队预定中始终坚持高标准的客服理念。
4. Continuously optimize revenue per available room (RevPAR) by adapting to competitive environments.
4. 始终能对环境竞争,优化每间可销售客房的平均收益。
5. Demonstrate sharp insight and lead teams with strategic revenue management vision within the company.
5. 相应敏锐的洞察力,在公司里利用收入管理策略的眼光来领导团队。
6. Make appropriate adjustments to maximize hotel room sales and revenue, ensuring compliance with standards and proper documentation.
6. 适当调节以保证酒店房间销售和收益,按照标准执行并记录。
7. Monitor room reservation traffic across hotel properties, price displays during holidays, peak periods, and on OTAs, ensuring operational systems align with company standards.
7. 监督各酒店公司房间预订流量,节假日、特定时间段、OTA平台等价格展示情况,并确保操作系统与公司标准相一致。
8. Possess the ability to develop and execute operational budgets and business plans.
8. 具备制订和执行营业预算及经营计划的能力。
9. Capable of developing action plans aligned with overall operational objectives for subordinate hotel properties.
9. 具备制订符合下属酒店公司总体营业目标及行动方案的能力。
10.Responsible for tracking and analyzing reservation processes and team traffic, with particular focus on enhancing team-reserved room management to optimize revenue through strategic volume reduction.
10. 负责跟踪和分析预订流程,团队流量,特别关注和加强团队预留房管理,更好的做好团队适度减量,提高收益。
11. Conduct weekly revenue information meetings and monthly revenue management analysis sessions for subordinate properties based on their revenue performance.
11. 根据下属各酒店公司收益情况做出分析,每周召开收益信息会,每月召开下属各酒店公司收益管理分析会。
Job Requirements
岗位要求
1. Minimum three years' experience as a Revenue Manager in a star-rated comprehensive hotel.
1. 2年以上星级酒店收益经理岗位工作经验。
2. Demonstrated teamwork and management capabilities.
2. 具有团队协作能力和管理能力。
3. Strong innovative mindset and creative thinking.
3. 有较强的创新意识和创新思维。
4. Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
4. 出色的沟通、计划管理和问题解决能力。
5. Keen sensitivity to evolving market dynamics.
