1.Handle all site inspections
引领所有酒店到访及参观
2.Directs and controls the activities of all groups and function after contract signed for all correspondence and issue appropriated documents to all dept. Concerns
直接负责所有确定酒店的团队接洽,活动部署,合同签订和拟定给相关部门的文件通知
3.Be a main contact person among Sales team (all regional) and all departments for all enquiries
是其他区域销售办公室及酒店内部各部门关于销售需求和疑问的主要联络人
4.Be a host for fam trip, site inspection and potential groups
是参观团体或个人及潜在客户的主要接待
5.To monitor and control use of hotel meeting facilities and venue for events both for internal & external guests
主要负责及控制酒店会议设施和各种内外活动的安排和使用
6.To create Mini SOP for getting smooth and clearly in procedure of work in both internal & external department
拟定小型工作步骤以确保对内对外工作流程的清晰流畅
7.Attend all appropriated training for supervisor level
参与主管级的相关培训
8.To keep comprehensive records of all training activities and maintain efficient administration within the department preparing and submitting operational reports on time
负责培训活动的记录存档和部门内部的相关行政工作并按时准备相关工作报告
9.Update information from website and filing
更新和填写网上酒店信息
10.Be a main contact person for all dept. for Sales issue
是对接酒店其他各部门关于销售事项的主要联络人
11.Distribute all necessary & update information to all Sales
向所有区域销售办公室建立和更新酒店信息
12.Prepare Sale tools
准备相关销售材料
13.Handle monthly report
负责上交月度报告
14.Handle walk-in guests for F&B purpose (Group only)
接待关于团队用餐的临时客人
15.Create internal breakdown for wedding package, meeting package and etc.
负责创建婚礼,会议,主题晚会等活动的成本划分
16.Responsible for overseeing the activities of all in house groups ensuring events are executed as planned and customer expectations are met
负责在住团队的所有活动,保证团队活动顺畅并能够满足客户的期望
17.Provides lead and information to the relevant sales & marketing offices regarding business potential, competitor activities and new products, services and activities within hotel
对相关的销售办公室提供酒店的潜在客户,竞争对手,新产品,服务和活动等信息
18.Prepare and issue client proposal letters, thank you letters and any additional correspondence as necessary
拟定客户合同书,感谢信和其他必要的文件
19.Act as a hotel's representative to present product to reach the positive decision from clients
代表酒店对客户展示酒店的产品和服务
20.Convince and recommend the place in hotel for meals during period of stay, propose menu choices to match with guest's requirement and theme, entertainment, special gift which get along with their purpose of visit
根据客户团队性质销售和推荐酒店内相应的用餐地点,菜单,娱乐活动,特殊礼品等信息以满足客户需求
21.Liase with all Sales and Marketing offices and hotel operations regarding organizational aspects of meeting groups and functions to ensure the successful of planning and execution of these events
与所有销售办公室密切合作了解客户的需求,保证活动有序策划和顺利实施
22.Assist in the maintenance of efficient administration, preparing and submitting reports on time as directed
协助相关行政工作的有效保持, 直接按时上交相关报告
23.To solve the problem of all client's issuing to be reached the most satisfaction at all times
协调解决客户问题以便达到客户的最大满意度
24.To ensure that myself and subordinator keep presenting the warmth welcome and offer excellent hospitality/services to all clients
确保个人和团队提供所有客户最真诚和高质的服务
25.Conduct training and update hotel information and what's going on in hotel to subordinators
更新酒店信息和组织相关培训
