· Create archives and accumulate customer information
· Responsible for the sales tasks assigned by the hotel, including revenue targets and customer development and maintenance targets
· Visited, investigated and screened potential new customers, completed the development indicators and output indicators of new customers on time
· Create customer files and accumulate customer information
· Regularly develop and execute sales visit plans as required
· Completed sales report and summary on time (including day, week and month)
· Manage personal cost of sales
· Maintain and explore potential and existing customers, and report the customer status to sales manager
· Visit and entertain key customers regularly
· Participate in and execute relevant promotional activities
· Assisted the sales manager in preparing monthly customer and volume evaluations
· Respond to customer inquiries and reservations on time
· Focus on key customers and large events in the store
· Participate in the IBP formulation process
