AC&ME Technician 空调水暖机修工

【职位描述】
·Ensure A/C system operating well in duty rooms.
·Check and keep safes, refrigerators, ice machines etc. in good condition regularly.
·Clean refrigerating machines, cooling tower, wind set, A/C controlling system, exhausting and ventilation system.
·Take charge installing and maintaining basin, toilet and little hardware in washroom.
·Solve all complaints by telephone and maintenance requisitions.
·确保酒店空调系统的正常运行。
·定期检查冷藏室，冰箱，制冰机等，保持最佳工作状态。
·定期清洗制冷机，冷却塔，风柜系统，风盘，空调控制系统和通风排气系统。
·负责酒店卫生间的池盆、马桶洁具和小五金机械的安装和维护。
·解决所有投诉电话和请修任务。
【任职要求】
·Serious and responsible work, down-to-earth and willing to work, unity and cooperation spirit, relevant work experience is preferred.
·工作认真负责，踏实肯干，团结协作的工作精神，具有相关工作经验者优先。
