·Suggests food and beverages to be well versed with the menu, method of preparation and accompaniments.
·Cleans and polishes Glassware,Chinaware, hollowware and flatware.
·Keep the work site and items in the site complete, clean and tidy.
·Follows correct sequence of service outlined in the Standard Operating Manual.
·Maintains excellent grooming standard at all times.
·Establishes effective employee relations and maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of department and employees.
·熟知菜单、食品配方及其它方面的知识,以便向客人推荐各种食品及饮品。
·清洁并擦亮所有器皿。
·保持工作场地与场地内物品的齐全、干净、整洁。
·根据标准的手册来完成服务工作。
·始终保持良好的仪容仪表。
·建立良好的人事关系,在工作中树立良好的工作形象,给客人以专业化及热情的服务。
【任职要求】
·Have a good professional image and temperament, and understand the basic etiquette;
·Fluent Mandarin, strong language expression ability, good at communication, affinity and strong sense of confidentiality;
·Good teamwork ability, high sense of responsibility, proactive.
