MAINDUTIES 主要职责:
· Setting up sales rules of thehotel, direct and supervise Sales Managers’ works, reach the scheduled salesgoal, and exploit the new market.
制订酒店销售规程,指导和监督市场销售部员工的工作,达成预定的销售目标,开拓新市场。
Administration行政职责:
· Completing each task whichGeneral Manager allotted to staff, and promise that all tasks completing ontime.
完成总经理分配的各项工作,并保证销售任务的完成。
Financial and RevenueResponsibilities财务和收益责任:
· Works with Financial Controllerin the preparation and management of the Department’s budget。
· 与财务总监一起准备和管理部门预算。
Training and Human Resources 培训和人力资源:
· The Director of Sales &Marketing maintains a close working rapport with all the other departments ofthe hotel plus International Sales Offices.

· The Director of Sales &Marketing maintains and ensures the smooth running operation of the SalesOffice.

Guest Service Responsibilities对客服务责任:
· At all times to promote a positive image of thehotel in all forms of contact.

· To develop & foster close and positive rapportwith the public, guests, clients and members of the date.

· The Direct of Sales Marketing maintains and ensuresclose relationship with his/her accounts / clients.

· To develop & foster close and positive rapportwith the public, guests, clients and members of the trade.

TechnicalResponsibilities 技术职责:
· Have more than ten years workexperiences and five years experiences of S&M Dept. in hotel.
具有十年以上酒店工作经验和五年以上酒店市场销售部工作经验。
· Have a good knowledge of productstructure, service criterion and quality standard of hotel. Know very wellabout external sales combined concept, advertising art, the strategy of salespromotion and product price of hotel.
熟知酒店产品结构、服务规范和质量标准,通晓酒店产品对外销售的组合概念、广告艺术、促销策略和产品价格策略。
· Possessing strong managing skill,should be familiar with the work in own department, have the ability to leadthe subordinate, and to assort with the correlative departments.
具有较强的管理能力,熟悉本部门工作,能对下级进行有效的领导,协调各有关部门之间的关系。
· Possessing the ability ofjudging, decision-making, innovate, meeting an emergency and organizing. Toanalyze decidedly, make strategy, and adjust product price according to thedata and information which we know well.
具有一定判断、决策、创新、应变及组织协调能力,能根据掌握的数据和信息,果断地做出分析,制定策略,制定和调整产品价格。
· Know well about the situation ofeach business department in hotel. Mastering the trend of market, know wellabout working strategy of hotel.
熟悉本酒店各营业部门情况,掌握最新产品信息,掌握市场动态,熟悉酒店经营策略和顾客需求知识,了解酒店竞争手段、价格水平、客户状态,善于提出应变措施。
· Know well about the work,mastering sales marketing skill and some basic knowledge of marketing. Haveabundant practice experience, also have write skills, can use a foreignlanguage to operation and write report.
熟悉本部门业务工作,掌握市场营销的技能、技巧及一定市场营销的基础知识,具有丰富的实践经验,并具有一定语言文字能力,能熟练地运用一门外语进行业务活动和撰写有关报告等。
Miscellaneous其它
· All ambassadors are required tocomply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s)within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.
所有大使需要遵循来自上级主管的每一个合理的要求,这些要求也许需要一些时间在正常的工作环境下执行和完成。
· All ambassadors may be assignedto other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.

GENERAL DUTIES日常职责:
· Under the direction of GeneralManager, with responsibility for exploit the market, organizing the customerssource,organize survey of market regularly, collectinformation of market, analyzing the trend, character, developmental trend ofmarket, Set the sales strategy of market, determining the major target ofmarket, the structure of market and the guideline of sale. Ask for the GeneralManager to examine and approve, then organize and actualize.
在总经理领导下,全面负责市场开发、客源组织和产品销售组织工作;定期组织市场调研,收集市
场信息,分析市场动向、特点和发展趋势。制定市场销售策略,确定主要目标市场、市场结构和销
售方针,报总经理审批后组织实施。
· Expanding the market: Make theanniversary expanding plan of hotel. Auditing the results of expanding plan per month andquarter.
市场推广:制订酒店的年度推广计划,每月、每季审核销售推广计划的完成。
· Information of market: Masteringthe rent rate and the level of average room price, analyzing the trend ofcompetition. Adjust the sales strategy of hotel.Meet the competitive needs ofmarket.
市场信息:掌握其它酒店出租率、平均房价水评,分析竞争态势,调整酒店销售策略,适应市场
竞争需要。
· Rules of sale: Set rules of price, discount and activity ofexpanding sale.
销售规程:建立价格、折扣优惠和销售推广活动的规程。

· Make long term sales forecast.

· According to the expanding plan,combine the new situation of market, set sales strategy and plan.

· Budget of sale: Submit theanniversary budget of sale to General Manager.
销售预算:向总经理提交年度销售预算。
· Public relation: Arrange the PRManager contact to the special expanding campaign and medium exposure campaign.
公共关系:安排公关经理联系特别推广活动和传媒暴光活动。
· Advertising and expanding ofadvertisement: According to the expenditure and budget, givingsuggestion of advertisement,organize special expand campaign.
广告宣传和推广:根据开支预算,提出广告宣传的建议,组织特别推广活动。
· The quantity of sales operationsand special teams:
销售业务量与特别团体:
· Making target and strategy ofmarket according to sales ration, allot sales task to SalesManager.

· Negotiating with target team,keep cooperative relations well.

· Report of sale: Analyzing salestask deeply, and write the sales report.

· Organization of team: Train andbring up a special sales team of hotel in different ages and levels.
队伍组建:培训和造就一支不同年龄和不同层次的酒店销售专业队伍。
· Encouragement for staff:

· Evaluating work performance ofevery staff in S&M Dept. , find out existing problem and someparts need to improve, discussand make developing plan of S&M Dept. in hotel.
每年评估市场销售部每位员工的工作表现,找出现存问题和需要改进的地方,讨论并制订市场

· Giving encouragement and praisefor excellent staff.

· Set up managing rules and workprocessofS&Msupervise and bring into effect.

· Controlling the expenditure, therange and standard of expenditure of hotel. Supervising the use of salescharge.
严格控制酒店销售费用开支、签发开支范围和标准,监督销售费用的使用。
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES 行政职责:
· Completing each task whichGeneral Manager allotted to staff, and promise that all tasks completing ontime.

Health and Safety 健康和安全
· Ensure that allpotential and real Hazards are reported immediately and rectified.
确保所有的潜在的和事实的安全隐患要及时汇报和更正。
· Be fullyconversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency and Bomb procedures.
熟悉所有部门的消防、紧急事件处理和炸弹处理程序。
· Ensure that allemergency procedures are rehearsed, implemented and enforced to provide for thesecurity and safety of guests and employees.

· Ensure the safetyof the persons and the property of all within the premises by fairly applyingHotel Regulations by strict adherence to existing laws, statutes etc.

· Ensure all staffwithin the department work in a manner which is safe and unlikely to give riskof harm or injury to selves or others.

· Use safe manualhandling techniques and practise safe work habits following Accor Health,Safety and Environment policies, maintain procedures to minimise our impact onthe environment and prevent pollution.
