• Inthe absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activitiesand operational requirements are known
当经理不在期间,制作当班见报,确保其知道酒店的活动和操作要求。
• Endeavoursto resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book forfurther follow up
当班期间尽量解决顾客的不满,并将所有的不满之处记录在案以备今后的提高。
• Supervisescash handling and banking procedures
监督现金收支和储蓄程序。
• Preparesdaily banking and cash flow reports
准备每日储蓄和现金收支报告。
• Establishesand instructs staff in cash security procedures
建立和指导员工现金安排程序。
• Dealswith irregular payments
处理非常规付款方式
• Supervisesthe maintenance of service equipment
监督服务设施的维护工作。
• Monitors standards ofguest facilities and services
监督客户服务标准。
• Controlsstock and monitor security procedures
控制存货和监控安全程序。
• Assistswith menu and wine list creation
协助制定菜单和酒水单。
• Supervisesfunctions
监督各种活动。
• Supervisesoutlet service
监督部门的服务。
任职要求
• Diplomain Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
酒店管理,餐饮或相关专业的大专学历。
• 2 years relatedexperience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination ofeducation and experience
2年相关工作经历,包括管理经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
