To ensure that standard performance are efficient and consistently pursued.

Aware of all in house VIP, to ensure that all of their special F&B needs and request are delivered and fulfilled during their stay.

Lead by example, motivated and train staff to achieve revenue goal and service standards.

Clearly indicates and communicate his/her direction and goals to his/her staff and constant follow up.

Job Specification 职位要求:
Minimum of 3 years hotel and/or japanese restaurants experience.
至少三年同等职位酒店或日料餐厅工作经验。
Good communication skills and service oriented.
具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
Fluent in japanese.
日语口语流利。
