ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 主要职责
Plans, directs, controls, co-ordinates and participates in all communications activities. However, the emphasis must be on the PR aspect of the communications mix, which remains critical to this role.
负责统筹、指导、协调及执行各项品牌传播工作,重点主导公共关系相关工作,保障品牌公关工作有序开展。
Builds and maintains a complete media resource database, and standardizes media relationship management in line with official media management system. Distributes general media maintenance work to team members reasonably, while taking personal charge of core top-tier media to deepen long-term exclusive partnerships.
建立并维护媒体资源库,按照公司规范进行媒体关系管理。合理分配团队日常媒体对接工作,重点亲自维护核心媒体资源,保持良好、稳定的媒体合作关系。
Optimize the efficiency of the overall marketing & communications budget, unify the project brand tone and media communication content to keep consistent with MAHA Group’s overall brand communication standards.
合理利用传播预算,把控对外宣传内容与品牌调性,确保项目对外传播与MAHA集团整体品牌标准保持统一。
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 任职要求
Education 教育背景
Bachelor’s degree or above; Diploma/Certificate related majors is preferred.
大专及以上学历,相关专业优先。
Experience 工作经验
At least 5 years integrated marketing & communications management experience; candidates with background in ultra-luxury hotel brand or high-end serviced residence are highly preferred.
五年及以上管理工作经验,拥有奢华酒店、高端行政公寓相关从业管理者优先考虑。
Skills and Abilities 综合能力素养
Fluent oral, written and reading English; outstanding cross-party communication capabilities and proficient computer office operation skills.
具备流利的英文听说读写能力,优秀沟通表达能力,熟练操作各类办公软件。
Calm mindset, patient communication, strong service awareness and passion for luxury hospitality industry.
处事沉稳、耐心细致,具备高端服务意识与行业热忱。
Excellent teamwork awareness, impartial work attitude, strong sense of responsibility and professional dedication.
具备优秀团队协作意识,处事公正,责任心强,热爱本职工作,拥有高度职业使命感。
