岗位职责:
1.DOEBC should supervises the EBC team to ensure that the daily sales targets are met on time.
管理宴会预订中心确保日常销售目标及时完成。
2.Coordinates with departments concerned to ensure delivery of the highest standards of services to meet customer expectations.
协调整个部门根据酒店的政策及规程确保向客户高标准的服务以达到客户的期望。
3.Effectively uses and promotes catering system technology to support productivity and profitability.
高效的使用并提升宴会预订系统使用技巧,使团队工作更具有效益性。
4.Builds effective relationships with customers and business partners.
与客户及商业伙伴建立良好的关系。
5.Communicate effectively to ensure smooth sales activities.
进行有效沟通,确保销售活动顺利。
6.To be as a one-stop shop for your customer base, main concentration should be on catering revenue.
实现一站式服务,重点关注宴会收入。
7.Organize a WOW site inspection for every potential client/account.
组织带领客户及潜在客户体验令人惊喜的酒店参观旅程。
8.Handle site inspection of VIP guests, key influencers, and decision makers.
负责贵宾客户和主要决策人的酒店参观活动。
9.Constantly aware and consciously maintain food and beverage costing on banqueting meeting events.
对所有宴会及会议的食品和酒水的成本有控制意识。
10.Oversees event planning team (BEO writers).
关注宴会销售团队BEO的准确性。
11.Assist in coordination of Marriott propriety programs and projects – GSS.
协助完成万豪集团客户满意度项目。
12.Create, develop,and market innovative conference and wedding concepts unique to the competitive set.

13.Increase focus on Marriott Bonvoy meeting rewards program and maintain the rewards program as the
best one in the hotel industry by providing benefits and rewards to conference organizers.

14.Increase Marriott Bonvoy enrollment.
持续增加万豪旅享家会员注册。
15.Demonstrates enthusiasm and passion for our customers.
向我们的客户展示我们的热情及耐心。
16.Evaluate and share post-conference evaluation forms to relevant departments. Monitor areas of weakness and focus to improve in these areas within an allocated time.
评价及与相关部门分享会后总评。针对我们的薄弱项,并在一定时间内改善。
17.Facilitate open communication and work effectiveness in team.
在团队内促进开放的沟通并提高工作效率。
