Job Description:
1.Assists the Chinese Restaurant Operation Manager and DOFB/ADOFB in all activities aiming to provide efficient F&B service and a memorable experience for customers through implementing company standards and marketing activities.
2.Provides supervision, and training to all F&B staff based on the company culture.
3.Maximizes revenue and monitors expenses in his/her area of responsibility.
4.Maintains good relations with customers and implements improvement /corrective actions based on their feed back.
5.Ensures the highest level of food safety and security to all external and internal customers.
Requirements:
1.Communicates and writes with fluency in English and local language so as to host global guests.
2.Good computer skills MS Office and Micros system.
3.Intermediate HACCP/Food Hygiene Certificate.
4.A friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader.
