DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责
According to the
season and client’s preference, propose the weekly menu.根据季节和客人的喜好,提出每周的菜单。Menu should be
considered food variety and nutrition balance, using seasonal
organic ingredients and health cooking method.菜单应考虑食物种类和营养平衡,使用应季有机食材和健康烹饪方法。Work
out the shopping list based on the confirmed menu.根据确认的菜单制定购物清单。Adjust
the menu on time based on the food ingredients on hand.根据现有的食材及时调整菜单。Serve meals on time
according to guest needs.根据客人的需求及时提供餐点。Cleaning
up the kitchen, conduct the inventory and make a record. 清理厨房,进行盘点并做好记录。Raise
purchasing request on time.及时提出采购要求。Comply
the HACCP and SFS while preparing, cooking and storing the food.在准备、烹饪和储存食品时遵守HACCP和SFS。Other tasks
assigned by supervisor.主管安排的其他任务。
REQUIREMENTS 岗位要求
Diploma in a
culinary vocational college.烹饪专业毕业。At least 3 years’
experience as Sous Chef in an international hotel chain or famous free-standing
restaurant.至少3年国际连锁酒店或知名独立餐厅副厨工作经验。Prefer has
experience to serve VIP guest. 有服务VIP客人经验者优先。Able to cook “home
make” Chinese and Western dishes. 会做“家庭形式”的中西菜肴。Prefer can make
simple toast, deserts and home make source.可以做简单的吐司、甜点和家常菜。Passion about culinary
and willing to take challenge.对烹饪充满热情,愿意接受挑战。Basic English and basic computer skill.基本的英语和基本的计算机技能。Wiling to travel.愿意出差。
