As a Executive Assistant Manager - F&B/Director of Food & Beverage, we rely on you to:
作为行政副总经理 - 餐饮/餐饮部总监，需承担以下主要工作职责：
Improve and Optimize the profitability of every outlet
提高各餐厅的盈利能力；
Plan the yearly theme, events and activities
策划年度主题、项目和活动；
Take responsibility for branding, revenue and management of Food & Beverage staff
负责品牌推广、收益及餐饮部员工管理；
Take responsibility of all Food & Beverage-related contracts, inclusive of but not limited to outlets, performers and suppliers
负责所有餐饮相关的合同，包括但不仅限于门店、执行者和供应商；
Enforce the implementation of food safety programs throughout the entire division
在整个部门执行食品安全计划。
We are looking for someone who：
候选人应具备以下特质：
Minimum 1-year in similar capacity and business model in 1st tier city in Executive Assistant Manager - F&B/Director of Food & Beverage position
1年以上同类型酒店EAM-F&B/DOFB工作经验，一线城市商务模式
Familiar with Shenzhen market, understand local food culture and market trends
熟悉深圳市场，了解当地餐饮文化和市场趋势
Good market insight and analysis ability, performance oriented
良好的市场洞察能力和分析能力，业绩导向
Leadership, Communication skills, Teamwork
领导力、沟通能力、团队合作
Communicates and writes with fluency in English and local language(Cantonese if possible) so as to host global guests.
能用中英双语流利的沟通(可略懂粤语)和书写,为全球客人提供良好的服务以及处理英文文书工作
Strong engagement with guest and colleagues, responsive to the needs and act faster, strong execution ability
与客人和同事保持良好的沟通，及时响应需求，行动迅速，执行力强
Good interpersonal skill, recognize and develop potential
