1. Roll out the Ritz-Carlton Service Core training, ensure all employees attend the mandatory training within the timeline.
2.Conduct Ritz-Carlton training classes assigned by director of human resources.
3.Ensure good preparation (material, room condition, BEO, etc) and setup for all trainings in advance.
4.Supervise monthly learning plan and report from general and each department, prepare monthly learning calendar, and report to director of human resources.
5.Manage cross exposure application, educational assistance program and learning bond agreement.
6.Administer and certifies Learning Coach, prepare for monthly learning coach meeting.
7.Monitoring learning coach departmental training. Arrange Learning Coach activities.
8.Collect good WOW story from each department and ensure yearly goal to corporate are met, and the submission are of good quality.
9.Monitor English class with an effective attendance and improvement. Communicate with departments on timely basis.
10.Ensure all learning boards are well posted and update on timely basis.
11.Assist or organize employee TakeCare activities and Hotel associates activities.
12.Complete other tasks as assigned Director of Human Resources.
