• Rational disposition duty rosters and vacation

• Collaborate closely with all kitchen andrestaurant staff and other department.
• 确保良好的培训和完整的培训记录
• Ensure training is maintained and followed upand to keep training records.
•保证厨房区域的清洁和设备功能和维修需求及时转发给工程部
• Ensure the kitchen areas are well clean andequipment is functional and that maintenance requirements are promptlyforwarded to the Engineering Department
• 制订食谱,并递交给行政总厨进行讨论和审批
•Menu and recipe creation and submitted to theexecutive chef and discuss and approve
•确保在当地的市场和媒体领导地位
•Ensure that's leadership in the local marketand media position
