· Solicitsnew media outlets and travel media individuals.
· Selectsthe best opportunities for the property based on market conditions and propertyneeds.
· Usescreative selling abilities to obtain maximum exposure through traveljournalists and media outlets.
· Increasesawareness within the travel media community as well as coordinating events togain exposures and grow revenue in the restaurant outlets.
· Maintainswebsite content and updates website with new promotions in order to generateadditional revenue.
· Manages the hotel’s social media efforts, ifapplicable.
· Workswith online media outlets to promote the hotel.
· Organizes and conducts all photo shoots for website content.
· Coordinatesoffers and information for all publications and inserts with regard to brandloyalty reward mailings.
· Developsbrochure and property collateral materials.
· Participatesin all property imaging work (e.g., signage).
· Ensuresconsistent brand and property message is communicated in all public relationsand communications efforts.
· Ensuresconsistency in individual property's voice on all guest touch points and publicrelations and communications, not only following corporate graphic standards,but also on behalf of the individual property.
· Providesconstant feedback, initiatives and feedback for the betterment of the hotel andfulfillment of all targets, including revenue.
