What will I be doing?
• Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records, including detailed financial business transactions
• Provide customer service to internal clients, suppliers, and customers
• Assist in the development and implementation of our workflow systems (Include DocMX, RPA etc.)
• Enter data or use technology tools to upload data into the computer system using defined computer programs
• Compile data and prepare, review, and audit a variety of reports
• Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff
• Be able to communicate and support with other towers
• Train relevant SOP to new joiners and lead new appoint accountant to a smooth transition
• Assist Team Lead to conduct departmental monthly training and monitor the implementation of all update policies or work flows
• Handle internal audit processes of allocated hotels. Check relevant SOPs of PTP are enforced
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years of related work experience
