工作职责:
• Manage day-to-day Record to Report (RTR) performance including hotel month end closing, vendor request approval, bank reconciliation, forecast, budget, and other RTR activities based on checklist, etc
• Track and follow up an operational RTR team to deliver output as per the SLAs
• Ensure compliance of RTR operations with company policies, processes, and internal controls
• Conduct regular reviews of RTR team members‘ tasks to identify potential risks or areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to address any identified non-compliance issues.
• Assist in internal control assessments and collect the relevant issue data for analysis to identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Focus on driving quality with a view towards robust performance management
• Review quality of system entries
• Produce effective qualitative and quantitative metrics reporting to measure efficiency and effectiveness of function and staff
• Assist in internal and external audit processes
• Train new joiners and to make sure meet basic job requirements.
• Assist tower lead to record and track relevant individuals performance, incl. KPI completion %
• Other duties as assigned
任职资格:
• Minimum Education: Bachelor‘s degree in accounting or relative major plus 5+ years working experience, or college degree plus 8+ years professional working experience
• 1- 2 years management experience is a plus.
• Lead by example, able to inspire and motivate team members.
• Solid knowledge of finance and Hilton experience, other ssc experience would be a plus.
• People-oriented and coaching skills.
