• Reports directly to and communicates with DOR on all administrative matters.

• Performs all administrative duties to the standards required by the Division Head / Department Head to ensure efficient operations of the department.

• Types, takes minutes and dictation drafts letter, handles telephone calls, files and traces correspondence.
进行打字,会议记录,起草信件,处理电话,文件,追踪文件等职责。
• Ensure security and confidentiality of all departments’ file.
确保所有部门内部文件的保密和安全。
• Handles and directs all inquiries to the appropriate person.
处理所有需求并指派给合适的人员解决。
• Coordinates with colleagues and representative of other departments to ensure an efficient flow of communication, to and from the department assignment.
与其他部门同事的协调,确保与其他部门保持良好的沟通。
