Job Responsibilities
1. Master the customer situation activities of the day.
2. Participate in all front desk work. Discover and report the problems that arise in the work.
3. Keep track of the important guests who arrive at and leave the store on the same day, as well as the returning guests
4. Maintain good communication with hotel guests to understand their preferences and assist them in resolving any difficulties they encounter.
5. Conduct daily phone calls to guests staying at the hotel, collect their opinions, and promptly take follow-up measures and report to superiors.
6. Russian is required as the working language
