工程副总监 Asst. Director of Engineering

- High school graduate or G.E.D. and equivalent vocational training.
- 3+ years of experience in building maintenance.
- Certified in (at least 3) hotel engineering/maintenance positions.
- Knowledge of all technical aspects of engineering/maintenance (i.e. mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
- Ability to communicate with hotel guests, suppliers, employees to their understanding.
- Ability to provide legible communication.
