Account Management 客户管理:
•Develop andimplement the overall account strategy for assigned accounts. Execute sales strategy to achieve propertygoals.

•Retain, expand andgrow account revenue of existing accounts through total account penetration,margin management, and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives. Penetrate assigned accounts for group andtransient, as well as exploring opportunities for extended stay and cateringsales business. Maintain currentbusiness Accounts for new business within accounts.

•Identify andaggressively solicit new accounts in coordination with any relevant Sales andMarketing colleagues and Above Property Sales.

•Gain understandingof the hotel’s primary target customer and service expectations; serve thecustomer by understanding their business, business issues and concerns, tooffer better business solutions both prior to, and during the program/event.

Qualifications资格要求
• Minimumof seven years’ experience in 5star hotel sales field ; with international5-star hotel experience, preferred.

• Richexperience in local market and good customer relationship

• Abilityto communicate effectively in English with guests and hotel staff to theirunderstanding.
