Takefood and beverage orders; retrieve and serve alcoholic /non-alcoholic beveragesand food orders to guest tables; direct Servers and Bus persons on tableservice in assigned station according to restaurants specifications,courteously and efficiently. Collect payments. Assist in the maintenance of therestaurant area and equipment.
