Sales Manager-MICE/Senior Sales Manager-MICE

DUTIES:
Under the overall guidance, be responsible for conducting sales activities, identifying business opportunities, and achieving the targets set in the sales plan.For the assigned sales territories and designated markets, develop new clients, consolidate key clients, and contribute to the hotel's MICE team revenue through high-quality services.Effectively communicate with team members to implement sales strategies and objectives, and conduct sales activities with local and international partners.
Ensure effective communication and close working relationships within the team as well as with other departments.
REQUIREMENTS:
