Duties:
Develop and oversee the banquet events (e.g., weddings,conferences, galas, corporate events), analyzing market demand to price eventscompetitively and maximize revenue.Collaborate with F&B team to ensure seamless food and beverageservice for events activity.Creates a cohesive team culture and work environment to driveteams’ cooperation in achieving departmental goals.Be knowledgeable of market trends and competitor offerings toidentify potential opportunities.Monitor event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness andprofitability while meeting client expectations.
Requirements:
6+ years of proven experience in eventmanagement, with at least 2 years in a similar capacity in a 5-starinternational hotel.Strong leadership and team management skills,with a focus on fostering collaboration and accountability.Awareness of current trends in eventtechnology, sustainability practices, and guest experience innovation.Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability tolast-minute changes.Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptionalcustomer experiences.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarinand English.
