职位描述
1. Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the Sales Revenue budget.

2. Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Corporate Accounts.

3. Maximizes up-selling opportunities whenever possible.

4. Assists the Director of Sales in the forecasting of rooms revenue for Corporate and Long Staying Guests.

5. Implements all sales action plans related to the respective market as outlined in the Sales Revenue plan.

6. Plans sales calls under the direct approval of Director of Sales to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas.

7. Reports and recommends to Director of Sales on potential markets needing coverage.

8. Maintains a high level of exposure fir the hotel in major market areas through direct sales, telephone, and other written communications.

9. Develop increases room nights as well as Banquet and other revenue generating department of the hotel by initiating strategies and actions.

10. Cross-sells other Hilton hotels.

11. Ensure all accounts are updated on OnQ and reports submitted.

12. Responsible and ensure for proper use and entry of database or information in hotel’s sales and property management system.

13. Establishes and maintains files of major accounts and assists Director of Sales in maintaining the accounts management system.
