装修工 Carpentry

1.To execute all works assigned by work order center and engineering office.
完成工作分配中心和工程部办公室分配的任务。
2. To assist and supervise all works carried out by contractor.
协助和管理承包商完成的项目。
3. To make all architectural repairs to the building as per assignments or on own initiative, ensuring all work meets the local codes.
按照工作分配或主动完成饭店维修工作，保证饭店设施达标。
4. To conduct inspection to the building as per schedule and advise of conditions which might affect the operation of the hotel as well as any potential safety hazards.
有计划的开展饭店设施检查工作，当发现有安全隐患或设施存在问题有可能影响正常运做时必须及时上报。
5. Assist in the construction of exhibits and displays as assigned.
根据要求，配合其他部门进行加工制作。
6. Perform all other duties which may be assigned by the Chief engineer or any other authorized engineer.
执行总工程师或指定工程师安排的其它工作。
7. To practice Brand Standard during course of duty.
