Events Manager will be responsible for converting assigned leads throughthe effective execution of the inquiry handling process, the preparation ofproposals, quotations, and other activities aimed at meeting client needs andmaximizing hotel revenue. Key to this role is developing expertise inunderstanding sector/account needs, maximizing lead conversion and drivingincremental revenue to the hotel.

Doing negotiation with the business team and travel team aboutoperations well. Promote the events positively. Expand the customer’s source,on the premise that to meet the highest interest of hotel. Sign the salescontract, and ensure sales plan would be finished.
做好与商务团体、旅行团体等进行业务洽谈,积极推销宴会,开拓客源,在满足酒店最高利益的前提下,签订销售合同,并确保销售计划的完成。
Deal with the letters and telephones about the meal and banquet bookingor meeting of major clients, welcome their visiting. Keep and develop thebusiness relationship well.
处理主要客户订餐、订宴会或会议的函电,接待他们的来访,与他们保持和发展良好的业务关系。
Do communication and coordination job well with all department, checkand implement about the contract administration and the arrangement of theimportant banquet or meeting, ensure achieve the sales promise.
与所有部门搞好沟通和协调工作,检查落实合同执行情况以及重要宴会或会议的安排,确保实现销售时的承诺。
Set up each business negotiation profile. And set up the individualprofile of food and drink frequent guest.
建立各种业务会谈的档案。详细建立餐饮常客的个人档案。
Protect the benefit of hotel; obey sales and activity rules of hotelstrictly.
维护酒店的利益,严格遵守酒店的销售和动作规程。
Doing the sales visiting, visit individual of Business Company, travelagency and government usually. Set up cooperation relationship and businesscontact in future.
进行销售拜访,经常对商务公司、旅行社和政府客户进行个人拜访,建立良好的合作关系和将来业务的联系。
Give a polite compliment to honored guest of hotel, know whether theysatisfy the service of hotel, whether need some assistances to solve problem.
礼貌问候酒店的宴会消费贵宾,了解是否满意酒店的服务,是否有需要协助解决。
Administering every task in the banquet meeting notice list shouldaccording to the agreement which signed with clients. And pay attention to thehotel arrangement in reason and right.
宴会会议通知单上每项工作要根据与客户签订的协议执行,并注意店内安排合理性和正确性。
Know the situation of the local and outside company market, keep contactwith the potential company, mastery the business sales chance, and supervisethe banquet SM to do the sale well of their responsive regions and clients.
了解本地及外埠企业市场情况,与有宴会会议潜力公司保持经常性联系,掌握销售机会,并跟跟进好所负责区域客户。
