·Sale and expand the facilities
of hotel sincerely and effectively.
诚恳、有效地销售和推广酒店设施。
·Doing negotiation with the
business team and travel team about operations well. Promote the guest bedroom
positively. Expand the customer’s source, on the premise that to meet the
highest interest of hotel. Sign the sales contract, and ensure sales plan would
be finished.
做好与商务团体、旅行团体等进行业务洽谈,积极推销宴会餐饮消费,开拓客源,在满足酒店最高利益的前提下,签订销售合同,并确保销售计划的完成。
·Deal with the letters and
telephones about the meal and banquet booking or meeting of major clients,
welcome their visiting. Keep and develop the business relationship well.
处理主要客户订餐、订宴会或会议的函电,接待他们的来访,与他们保持和发展良好的业务关系。
·Do communication and
coordination job well with all department, check and implement about the
contract administration and the arrangement of the important banquet or
meeting, ensure achieve the sales promise.
与所有部门搞好沟通和协调工作,检查落实合同执行情况以及较重点宴会或会议的安排,确保实现销售时的承诺。
·Administering every task on
the banquet meeting list, according to the agreement which signed with the
client.
宴会会议通知单上每项工作要根据与客户签订的协议执行,并注意店内安排合理与正确。
·Set up each business
negotiation profile. And set up the individual profile of food and drink
frequent guest.
建立各种业务会谈的档案。详细建立餐饮常客的个人档案。
·If the job needs, on behalf of
hotel attend the lunch and cocktail party, introduce the hotel to guests.
如工作需要,代表酒店出席会议、展览会、研讨会和庆典活动。
· Set up and keep the record
about the related data of customer and sale.
建立和保持客户销售及其它有关数据的记录。
·Protect the benefit of hotel;
obey sales and activity rules of hotel strictly.
维护酒店的利益,严格遵守酒店的销售和活动规程。
·Giving big encouragement for
banquet sales team.
激励宴会销售队伍的士气。
·Doing the sales visiting,
visit individual of Business Company, travel agency and government usually. Set
up cooperation relationship and business contact in future.
进行销售拜访,经常对商务公司、旅行社、政府客户进行个人拜访,建立良好的合作关系和将来业务的联系。
·Give a polite compliment to
honored guest of hotel, know whether they satisfy the service of hotel, whether
need some assistance to solve problem.
礼貌问候酒店的宴会消费贵宾,了解是否满意酒店的服务,是否有需要协助解决。
·Train the new talent or the
new trainee of Banquet Dept. about the business activity.
对宴会销售部新人才或培训学员进行业务熟悉培训。
