· responsible to hotelrecruitment to ensure effective recruitment and selection by following IHG’spolicy & current local and government regulations pertaining to employmentpractices 负责酒店招聘工作,确保严格遵照洲际酒店管理集团制度以及当前地方政府有关用工政策的规定进行有效的招聘和选才
· Organizing and holdinginterview组织并主持面试
· Manage the on-line recruitmentthrough the Hotel Web Site 管理酒店网站在线招聘
· Coordinate and managing recruitment of management Training and industrial placement training 协调并负责管理管理实习生和实习生的招聘工作
· Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback on reasons for turnover 负责离职面谈并提供人员流动的原因的反馈意见

· Communication skills areutilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others;demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third partiesthat reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

· Knowledge of Local Labour andEmployment Regulations.

Qualifications –
学历
· Diploma in Human Resources,Training or Business Administration.
· 大专及以上学历, 具有人力资源,培训或商业管理的毕业证书者优先
·
Experience –
经验
· 1 years of relevant experienceor an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
· 1年相关工作经验或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景
