工作职责:This role oversees and provides functional direction and guidance for pre-opening hotels to facilitate a smooth hotel opening and transition into operations; i.e.. Serve as the Human Resources business partner for the Greater China Hotel Openings team, accountable for the delivery of Human Resources plans and systems to support the successful opening of new hotels in Greater China.Your day to day- Partner with the Hotel Life & Growth (HLG) team, primarily the Opening Manager, to deliver effective planning and communication, ensuring a clear understanding of business priorities and alignment of short- and long-term Human Resources strategies for all new hotel openings.- Ensure HR strategies are implemented effectively to support successful hotel openings.- Support hotels in placing key talents on time. Ensure HR systems are in place to facilitate smooth hotel operations.- Collaborate with relevant teams to present GM candidates and hotel owners as needed regarding GM appointments for new hotels.- Ensure the appointed GM is in place within the required lead time and that GM benefits comply with IHG guidelines.- Maintain and enhance the Human Resources and Training sections of the Hotel Pre-Opening Kit, incorporating feedback from the wider HR team. Engage and enable the pre-opening HR community to ensure consistent practices and knowledge sharing.- Provide end to end HR support to new hotel openings, including but not limited to:- Coordinate timely placement of hotel ExCom members to support on time, on quality opening.- Develop hotel manning guides, salary ranges, and compensation & benefits frameworks, ensure a proper set up to drive labor efficiency.- Plan and execute HR and training pre-opening activities, ensure completion on time, with quality, and in compliance with IHG standards.- Support hotel GM resolving HR and training-related issues during the pre-opening phase.Investigate potential hotline cases and follow up with proper solutions.任职资格:What we need from you- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business or equivalent preferred- 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field; Experience in hotel openings as an HR leader is preferred.- Strong background in talent acquisition/HRBP within the hospitality industry is a plus- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and hotel owners.- Good English and Mandarin speaking and writing skills- Drive results, strong problem-solving skills- Impact and Influence - Resilience- Growth mindset and learning agility
