工作职责:This role will be responsible for driving business success of Holiday Inn Express and new brands, which includes the preparation for the launch, operational performance in Greater China. In addition, this role will oversee strategic projects related to the Holiday Inn Express and New Brands across GC. Your day to dayHoliday Inn Express Operations and New Brand Launch, and Operations:• One point of contact for hotels Owners and General Managers• Managing great partnerships & relationships with Owners and hotel GMs to optimize the value of IHG brands and services, and to ensure compliance with quality and operational standards• Responsible in achieving all Holiday Inn Express hotels Winning Metrics and RevPar within the assigned portfolios of hotels• Lead the successful launch and operational setup of new hotel brands in Greater China.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and effective new brand implementation.• Provide support for the smooth opening of new brand hotels, ensuring all operational and brand standards are met.• Monitor and oversee the performance of new brands, with a focus on achieving performances measures Strategic Project Management:• Lead key projects for the New Brands and Holiday Inn Express brand in Greater China.• Identify, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing brand performance, improving operational efficiencies, and elevating guest satisfaction.任职资格:What we need from you• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Management/ Hotel Management.• At least 10 years of experience in hotel operations management• Previous corporate-based hospitality roles are preferred.• Experience in managing regional/sub-regional projects or strategic initiatives is preferred.• Background in lifestyle hotel brands or with a strong "lifestyle DNA" is an advantage.• Proven ability to think strategically and apply structured problem-solving to complex challenges.• Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams.• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling the building and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners.• Exceptional influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to drive mutually beneficial outcomes, while aligning with IHG‘s strategic objectives.• Fluency in English is required.
