工作职责：
To perform the role as manage IHG Sales & Catering Product. Ensure consistency and quality product delivery and technical standards. Act as a product role of S&C Products design and deployment in a responsible way.
Your day to day
• To manage and maintain corporate S&C Products, include but only limited to Delphi.fdc, Opera S&C, Shiji M&E, esc.
• To manage and maintain S&C Products integration with Corporate certified PMS
• To manage and maintain Meeting & Events channel Integration with Corporate certified S&C Applications
• Resolve & troubleshooting common issues of S&C Products as well as Integrations as IHG Level 2 Support Role.
• Working as product assist role for hotel PMS migration project with system cutover.
• Working as product role of S&C Product new feature requirement evaluation and management
• Working as product assist role for hotel PMS migration project with system cutover.
• Supports GC P&T team to deliver and demonstrate product solution and enforce the delivery at the hotels in the assigned area.
• Summarize typical problems and solutions to improve work efficiency.
• Be a creditable IT professional that is trusted by superiors, colleagues, and the subordinates.
任职资格：
What we need from you
• College or above Diploma
• Minimum 3 years of Hotel Industry working experience of Meeting & Event Sales Manager
• Minimum 3 years of Delphi / Opera S&C installation and implementation experience or an equivalent combination of education and work－related experience
• Good patience and sense of hotel product management
• Familiar with hotel Sales （Meeting & Events） operations
• Professional knowledge and skills required for the job
• Good team player, proactive, self－motivated, responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem－solving skills
• Good English written and verbal communication skills
• Strong learning ability, able to solve some technical or unexpected problems independently
• Recognize the need for continuous renovation and make adjustment based on the changes needed.
