1. Directs the Events Operations team to ensure successful execution of hotel events.

2. Ensures products and services delivered by Catering/Events Operations meet or exceed guest expectations, create customer loyalty and lead to increased market share.

3. Selects, develops and retains a diverse hourly and management workforce to deliver excellent service and effective leadership in the operation. Creates and sustains a work environment that focuses on fair and equitable treatment and colleague satisfaction to enable business success. Manages part time labour by holding them up to hotel’s standards.

Experience 工作经历
Minimum 5 years banquet operations experience, at least 2 year management experience.
