岗位职责/职位描述
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1.Provide support to Sales and Marketing team at Hotel
在酒店中为销售及市场推广团队提供支持
2.Handle customer inquires in an efficient and effective manner
以有效用并且有效率的态度处理客户的需求
3.Communicate booking information to operations department
与业务操作部门及时沟通预定情况
4.Conduct site inspection to potential customers and walk in enquires
提供潜在客户场地视察的服务,并满足无预约客户的一般查询需要
5.Process all correspondence and Sales documentations accurately and efficiently
确保销售进程中所有信件和销售文案准确有效
6.Prepares all sales documentations accurately and efficiently
准确有效预备所有与销售有关的文件
7.To manage work flow Coordinate and communicate with other departments in an efficient manner.
管理工作流程,协助和与其他部门有效沟通。
8.To assist in collecting information on competitor’s promotion and marketing activities.
协助收集竞争对手的相关宣传和推广活动的信息。
9.To follow up MICE groups/Tour groups on site arrangement.
跟进展会团队、旅游团队的现场安排。
10.Close communication with Operations department heads.
与业务操作部门负责人保持良好的沟通。
11.Follow up leads as assigned and directed by Senior Sales Manager.
销售经理的指导下,跟进分配到的销售线索。
12.Take up special assignments instructed by DOSM, Senior Sales Manager.
完成有销售总监、高级销售经理指示的特别任务。
13.To prepare reports for all MICE groups.
为所有展会团队准备报告。
14.Perform others duties assigned by the management.
履行管理层按安排的其他工作职责。
