1. Conduct daily hygiene inspections in all food preparation and
storage areas at different time of the day to ensure procedures and colleagues
practices are on line with standards.

2. Conduct hygiene related training to colleagues, specially design trainings according to

different level in order to be efficient, focusing on setting standards during
pre-opening and continuing to maintain after hotel in full operation. Training
to be carried out with hand outs and keep attendance records signed by
colleagues.

进行食品安全方面有联系的培训并做好培训记录。开业前主要负责标准的设立，以便开业后按照执行

3. Ishighly visible in operation during outlet opening hours as well back of the

house preparation time.

在餐厅日常运作中起到明显的指导作用

4. Inform his/her supervisors on any irregularities or violations of local laws or LHI
Brand standards and provide solutions which are operationally and by law
viable.

5. Will establish a good business relation with local hygiene bureau

和当地所属的食品监督所保持良好的工作关系

6. Personally drives and follows special adherence to the local law during moon cake or
Christmas hampers project.

制作销售月饼及圣诞礼盒期间需亲自指导及严格遵照当地法律标准。

7. Has to attend any hygiene inspections with local authorities who come to inspect
hotel

在酒店接受到例行检查时必须当场, 并做到良好沟通

8. Takesfood sample and get them analyzed. In house or external

做好对内对外的食品留样工作并加以分析

9. Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary.
