PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
Main responsible for all electrical and plumbing & drainage relevant work.
主要负责与电力管道以及排水方面有关的工作。
Ensure all electrical apparatus are in good condition at all times. The work includes repair pump panel power failure; water tank ball float valve etc.
确保所有的电力设备总是处于正常的工作状态。工作包括水泵控制板的电源问题水箱的浮球阀等。
Ensure all plumbing & drainage system are in good condition at all times. The work includes unblock the pipe, repair leaking pipe, tap etc.
确保所有的管道以及排水系统总是正常工作。工作内容包括疏通管道修理漏水管道、水龙头等。
Carry out the routine inspection for all electric board, water supply system, drainage system and pipe duct room.
负责对所有的电源板供水系统排水系统等进行例行检查。
Ensure all maintenance work is carried out under work safety procedure.
确保所有的维护工作都安全地进行。
Ensure all workplace is safety and specific requirements of the job.
确保所有的工作间都是安全的都符合工作的要求。
Maintain carpenter shop in clean and tidy conditions
确保木工工作间的干净、整洁。
Liaise with Duty Engineer for all work related activities.
完成值班工程师所交付的所有与工作有关的任务。
Follow up all daily maintenance requests from the Engineering Department in person, and report to Duty Engineer for any concern.
亲自完成工程部要求的所有的日常维护工作如有任何问题报告给值班工程师。
Perform the job task as assignment by Engineering Department.
完成工程部分配的工作任务。
Perform shift duty as required.
按照值班表值班。
Perform emergency duties when the situation arises.
发生紧急事件时应该按照规定履行职责。
In the event of emergency, to assist Duty Engineer and follow his instruction to fulfill the emergency standard and procedure.
紧急事件发生时应该协助值班工程师按照值班工程师的指令执行酒店紧急事件应急标准及程序。
REQUIREMENTS职位要求
Education 教育学历
1. Junior high school or above in Engineering or related major.
工程专业或相关专业的初中或以上学历。
Experience 工作经历
1. Experiences in the related professional area.
相关行业工作经验。
