一 岗位职责
1. Responsibilities:
1、巡视、检查宴会厅各项工作具体设实施,及时纠正小时工不符合规定的行为,帮助改进服务方法,根据培训需求,安排每周、每月小时工培训、提高小时工素质.
1. Patrol and inspect the implementation of various work in the banquet hall, timely correct the non-compliance of hourly workers, help improve service methods, arrange weekly and monthly hourly training according to training needs, and improve the quality of hourly workers.
2、促进销售,适时向客人提出建议,及时发现并帮助客人解决问题.
2. Promote sales, make timely suggestions to customers, find and help customers solve problems in time.
3、对所负责的区域保证工作效率,检查宴会设备,督导小时工摆台、布置、组织好餐台服务.

4、宴会结束后,做好收尾工作.

5、确保餐具、用具的质量及数量,及时补充.

酒店每周二 周四上午9:00至16:00为公开招聘日,您可携带简历直接至酒店人力资源部参加面试。
