【岗位职责】
1、负责厨房上什岗位的日常工作,包括但不限于蒸制、炖煮、煲汤等烹饪工序
2、按照标准菜谱和厨师长要求,确保菜品出品质量和口感的一致性
3、负责蒸柜、炖锅等厨房设备的日常维护和清洁工作
4、协助厨师长进行食材的初加工和准备工作
5、保持工作区域整洁卫生,符合食品安全标准
6、根据营业情况合理控制食材用量,避免浪费
【岗位要求】
1、具备基本的厨房操作技能,熟悉蒸制类菜品的制作流程
2、了解各类食材特性及烹饪时间掌控
3、能够适应厨房高温环境及高强度工作
4、具备良好的团队协作意识,服从工作安排
5、持有健康证等餐饮行业必备证件
6、有酒店厨房工作经验者优先考虑
[Job Responsibilities]

[Job requirements]
1 2. Have basic kitchen operation skills and be familiar with the production process of steaming dishes
2. Understand the characteristics of various ingredients and control the cooking time
3 Able to adapt to high temperature environment and high-intensity work in the kitchen
4 1. Have good teamwork awareness and obey work arrangements
5 Hold a health certificate and other necessary certificates in the catering industry
6 Those with experience in hotel kitchen work are preferred
