【岗位职责】
The FrontAgent must at all time actively engage with guest while creating memorableexperience by using empowerment. Ensure all the guests receive a personalized,friendly and efficient check-in and check-out, assisting with guest withqueries and handling guest opportunities to achieve guest satisfaction by usingempowerment.
前台接待应运用自己的授权为客人创造难忘的丽思体验。确保所有的客人办理入住河离店手续时,得到个性化并且亲切的和有效率的服务。运用授权解决客人的问题,提高客人的满意度。
【岗位要求】
EnglishFluent (Oral/Written) 流利的英文(口语/写作)
CollegeLevel大学文凭
Minimum1 year as Guest Service Hotel Industry 1年以上酒店业服务经验
