1) Maintain the spa and fitness center opening and closing procedures must be performed according to the working schedule and standard operating procedures. 根据工作程序和运营标准来开和关水疗
2) Verify and check daily operating checklists and operating forms. 根据每日工作检查表检查工作，检查日常运营表格
3) Enforce the policies to provide a fair and safe environment to our guests. 加强对水疗部门政策的理解，我水疗客人提高公平、安全的环境
4) Handle guest complaints by ensuring guest satisfaction and problem resolution. 保证处理客人投诉,解决问题并使客人满意
5) Monitor the presentation and cleanliness of spa and fitness center continuously. 始终留意和保持水疗区的整齐和清洁
6) Monitor the quality and quantity of the equipments, retail items, guest and operating supplies. 始终留意和保持水疗区的物品的数量和质量
7) Monitor the cleanliness and organization of store room. 保证储备间的整洁有序
8) Update all necessary reports. 更新报表，并填写工整
