1. To execute all mise-en-place duties andresponsibilities as directed, on time, according to the predetermined standards
依照标准及要求及时有效的进行所有准备性工作
2. To engage in food and beverage servicedelivery as per the predetermined standards and sequence
按照指定的服务标准及流程从事餐前准备
3. To have thorough knowledge of the menu, drinkslist and wine list and to be able to respond to guest inquiries.
熟悉菜单，饮料单及酒水单并能够正确的回应客人的需求
4. To ensure that guests expectations are met orexceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service
以高效，友好，切实的服务达到并超越客人的期望
5. Liaises with the kitchen, stewarding, bars andhousekeeping in operational matters to ensure the operation runs smoothly
与厨房，管事部，酒吧，客房部及工程部等相关部门协调以确保每日运营顺利进行
